1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a galactic tour or training experience with Nova Voyage, you're entering into a legal agreement. You acknowledge that you've read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. It's not just paperwork; it's our mutual safety pact.
Have you reviewed the specific mission requirements? Each celestial cruise may have its own supplementary guidelines based on planetary conditions.
2. Inherent Flight Risks & Waivers
Space is vast, beautiful, and inherently hostile to human biology. We take every precaution, but interplanetary travel involves risks that can't be eliminated entirely. These include, but aren't limited to, high G-forces, cosmic radiation exposure, and rapid cabin pressure changes.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Life happens, even when you're planning to leave the planet. However, our launch windows are tight and fuel logistics are planned months in advance. Therefore, our policy is quite specific:
- 180+ Days Out: Full refund minus a 5% administrative and orbital slot reservation fee.
- 90-179 Days Out: 50% credit toward a future flight window. No cash refunds.
- Less than 90 Days: Forfeiture of all fees. We're unable to reallocate fuel and training resources on such short notice.
4. Passenger conduct
Will you be a team player in zero-gravity? Disruptive behavior on a celestial cruise isn't just annoying; it's a safety hazard. Nova Voyage reserves the right to remove any passenger from a flight sequence at their own expense if their conduct jeopardizes the mission or safety of others.
